Se rechazó por improcedente el recurso de reposición interpuesto por la Sociedad Industria Nacional Colombiana de Artículos de Acero y Metales –Incametal S.A.-, contra el ordinal 1º del auto de 8 de octubre de 2002, mediante el cual se rechazó la solicitud por ella presentada para que se declarara la nulidad de la Sentencia T-553/02.
Como es suficientemente conocido, conforme a lo dispuesto por el Art. 49 del Decreto 2067 de 1991 contra las sentencias proferidas por la Corte Constitucional en ejercicio de las atribuciones que a ella le confiere el Art. 241 de la Constitución Política, no procede recurso alguno.
